Sally has over 20 years’ experience developing and delivering leadership programmes, leading change and engagement initiatives and embedding high performance cultures. She has a passion for exploring and supporting individual, team and organisational performance, strengthening and embedding the link between culture, behaviour and performance.
Sally strongly believes in the power of using SDI 2.0 to build self –awareness and improve relationships within and across teams.

Sally has an inclusive, fun and collaborative facilitation style that engages learners, builds their knowledge and skills and supports them to unlock their potential. She uses story telling and humour to help learners understand concepts and theory and apply their learning to real life situations.
A career leading Organisational Development and HR teams, Sally now works supporting organisations to re-think their approach to managing performance and engaging with businesses to embed positive, inclusive and productive cultures.
A career highlight has been ‘The Blue Project’; a programme developing business mentors to work with young people escaping crime and gangs, offering a second change to those desperate for a new start and an opportunity to change their future.
Sally is based in the UK, she is a mum to 3 young children and actively engages in the school community. She is a keen traveller and enjoys being outdoors, walking, camping and attending music festivals.
