Team RQ

About Core Strengths

We are transforming organizations through their approach to people strategy by introducing Relationship Intelligence (RQ) as a solution to build better teams that fuel business performance.  Since 1971 over five million leaders have taken the SDI, our strengths-based relationship assessment.  We have pioneered coaching in the cloud and believe that every employee should have a portal into their working relationships.  We’ve created award-winning psychological assessments, a relationship coaching platform of the future, and are obsessed with continuing to improve the manager’s relationship with their team.  We are also revolutionizing the industry of talent itself by building culture transformation tools that attract the best of the best while generating results through working relationships in the flow of work.

About You

You’re an experienced professional with a track record working with talent management SaaS-based products for enterprise organizations. People who know you have commented that you are highly committed to learning – mostly because you believe deeply in personal development and the science of a growth mindset.  You understand the challenges of big organizations as they work to connect their people development to their business strategy.  You have a proven track record of designing learning journeys and the supporting curriculum for leaders, managers and their teams. You take a highly collaborative and cross-functional approach as you partner with sales and customer success to tailor RQ into customers’ learning and development needs. You connect the dots for how our products can bring the power of Relationship Intelligence into all realms of the employee experience.

About the Role

As a Learning Solutions Architect you are focused on four priorities:

  1. Pre-sales: You are the subject matter expert in the  pre-sale buying journey to help prospective customers ask the right questions to discover the right solution.  As the SME you will help customers with solution design, implementing elements of curriculum planning and explaining how technology and integrations support reinforcement through the flow of work.
  2. Implementation: Support Customer Success with the implementation of RQ into a time-boxed solution. You will focus on tailoring customer pilots to provide proof-of-concept in order to secure the Land of L.A.C.E (Land, Adopt, Consume, Expand)
  3. Education: Design product playbooks for educating pre-sellers (SDRs), direct sellers, partner consultants and master facilitators.  Lead weekly education sessions to upskill these teams.
  4. Community: Lead the content strategy for certification and build an engaging community of  internal customer champions through conferences, forums and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of providing subject matter expert services in the sales meetings with buying personas teams: Susan (VP Talent Development), Cindy (Director of Leadership Development, Lance (Training Manager) and Gina (Director of Organizational Development/Effectiveness)
  • Listen to and translate the needs of stakeholders within prospect customers’ talent department  into proposals for relationship intelligence learning solutions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our customers.
  • Design a solution library for curriculum design to provide prospects with learning activities to support adoption and lay the foundation for product consumption.
  • Focus on the voice of the customer to identify approaches to sales positioning that are linked to organizational initiatives and recurring employee activities.
  • Continually test, learn, and iterate on sales positioning to evolve approaches to early prospect engagement conversations to identify solutions that stick.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Delivery, Product and Marketing to share insights from customer conversations that inform cohesive sales and product positioning.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert in the  pre-sale buying journey to help prospective customers ask the right questions to discover the right solution.
  • Tailor customer pilots to provide proof-of-concept in order to secure the Land of L.A.C.E (Land, Adopt, Consume, Expand).
  • Design product playbooks for educating pre-sellers (SDRs), direct sellers, partner consultants and master facilitators.
  • Lead the content strategy for certification and build an engaging community of  internal customer champions through conferences, forums and loyalty programs.

  • A myopic view of the world: we are live in 16 languages and 50% of our revenue comes from outside North America. You will work with an application that is culturally relevant across the globe.
  • An unproven business model: we turn 50 yrs old in 2022 and are a rule of 40 SaaS company
  • Disconnected leaders: you have a direct line to the founders of the company who will take a personal active role in your career development.
