Bob spent 26 years leading on the local, regional and national level with one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the world, having led high-performing teams in North America, South America, and Europe. During his time, he held a variety of roles in sales, fundraising, training, and management.

Bob brings a passion for developing leaders who communicate effectively and use their gifts and talents to make a positive impact on the world. As a consultant and coach, he has worked with college students, professors, military personnel, executives, and entrepreneurs. He has developed a number of tools and resources that have been used to develop leaders all over the world, and has spoken to groups in size ranging from 5 to 5,000. Bob’s energy, coupled with a passion for learning, make his presentations highly engaging and meaningful for the participants.

Bob has a Masters in Leadership Development and an undergraduate degree in Communication. He is an adjunct faculty at Azusa Pacific University and UC Irvine’s Department of Continuing Education, where he teaches courses for both graduate and undergraduate students in leadership and communication. His Master’s research focused on the relationship between supervisory support, job complexity, and job satisfaction.

In his work as a Facilitator Consultant with PSP, he has helped develop training solutions for companies like Apple, SAP, and The Naval Academy. He is certified to facilitate a number of assessment tools, including TotalSDI and CoreStrengths. As an interesting aside, he has also done work as a voice actor for the Walt Disney Company.

He lives with his wife of 22 years in Southern California where he enjoys trying new restaurants and reading good books.
