What is the SDI 2.0 Assessment?

The Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0) assessment is the foundation of the Core Strengths workshop. The SDI 2.0 is a strengths assessment all about you and how you relate to others. It measures your core motives, how you experience conflict, your strengths, and how strengths can be overdone, limiting interpersonal effectiveness. With these four views, it delivers personalized Relationship Intelligence (RQ) to help you and your teams build trust and form productive relationships.
