About Core Strengths

We are a global training company that is transforming the Talent industry by introducing relationship intelligence as a utility for leaders. Since 1971, over three million leaders have taken the Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0 (SDI), our strength-based relationship assessment. We have pioneered collaboration in the cloud and believe that every employee should have a portal into their working relationships.
Our 60+ employees have a commitment to learning that permeates our culture. We’ve created award winning psychological assessments, a relationship coaching platform of the future and are obsessed with continuing to improve the manager’s relationship with their team. We are also revolutionizing talent development itself by building culture transformation tools that generate results through relationships.

Overview of what a Partner Success Manager does at Core Strengths:

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) plays an extremely vital role in Core Strengths’ commitment to help our Partner’s drive business client outcomes whilst delivering a flawless experience along the customer journey. As a strategic and trusted advisor, the PSM ensures that maximum value is derived from Core Strengths’ channel resellers who deliver our products and services by aligning agreed ROI expectations with delivery, identifying key success milestones, onboarding the client, reporting and validating agreed key success indicators, driving adoption, sharing best practices, answering business questions, sharing solution roadmap and enhancements proactively, and identifying opportunities to support new customer strategic initiatives and business outcomes.

Ultimately, the PSM’s goal is to ensure that the value derived from the Core Strengths solution far exceeds Partner’s client’s expectations, and truly delights them. As such, the role requires a combination of executive management consulting skills, project management experience, commercial experience, sales operations, great communication skills and change management expertise – all the time with a customer first focus. Additionally, this role relies heavily on personal accountability for results, a willingness to go ‘the extra mile’ for Core Strengths Partners and their clients, and a collaborative approach that brings the best of Core Strengths to each and every interaction.

About You:

You’re experienced in training people, preferably using Zoom, you have an aptitude and interest in technology, and you have the communication skills to explain the application of new technology to those who don’t have a tech background. You enjoy working with people and thrive as a reseller-facing leader who can help partners address challenges with the most current information and ready access to internal subject matter experts. Most importantly, you’re a relationship builder: People trust you and are willing to candidly share their concerns and frustrations, knowing that you have their best interests in mind. You’re then able to advocate for the Partner with internal stakeholders to address issues and inform future product development..

Your excellent communication skills help you build those relationships.  You enjoy interacting with others throughout the day, and have strong written and verbal skills. You also speak the language of technology and can easily toggle between a conversation with an internal programmer to a conversation with a Partner Partner who struggles with technology basics. Ideally, you come with some knowledge of the Human Capital space and / or SaaS experience, as well as a curiosity about psychology and developing human potential.

People say you are very friendly and patient when explaining things to others. This comes because you  value diplomacy and you readily adjust to the situation you’re in.  Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to juggle several projects with being attentive to the details of each. You’re already a master of the tools of our trade: Salesforce and Zoom, as well as Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

About The Investment In You:

  • Competitive base salary and annual performance bonus tied to your region’s sales performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package to include: medical, dental, and vision insurance and generous paid vacation days along with 10 company paid holidays.
  • Great office culture supported with a casual dress code where everyone is committed to learning.
  • State-of-the-art MacBook Pro with huge LG monitor, ergonomic chair and height-adjustable desk.
  • After co-creating a personalized development plan with your manager, you’ll receive three employee development days (in addition to your vacation and holidays) with an annual budget of $1,500 to invest in your professional growth.
  • Certification as a Core Strengths Facilitator, a lifetime professional qualification.
