Britta brings over 15 years of leadership development, facilitation and process improvement methodologies to her clients. She started her training career as a Sr. Consultant preparing all levels of employees for life at sea in the cruise line industry delivering everything from customer service, team building and personal development.
She has since spent the last twelve years working for a Fortune 5 healthcare company focused on preparing account managers for new sales roles as well as educating seasoned sales managers and leaders in the distribution industry on new products and services to change behavior and improve margins. Her most recent role focused on designing, developing and delivering organizational strategies to meet complex business objectives in the healthcare technology space as well as managing and delivering large scale training initiatives with direct bottom line impact.
Her talents range from facilitating, coaching and developing employees and executives, while also employing six sigma methodologies to improve business practices and training efficiencies. Her best work is in the classroom and on the stage inspiring others to gain insight into themselves leading to improved relationships and better business outcomes.
Britta lives with her family in Atlanta, Georgia, where she has perfected her chauffeuring skills running her kids to never ending activities.
